Frequently Asked Questions
What should I do immediately after a car accident?
Move to a safe spot if possible, check for injuries, call 911, and exchange information with anyone involved. Take photos of the scene and get contact information from any witnesses before they leave.
How do road and surface conditions affect off-road crashes?
Loose sand, uneven terrain, and limited visibility at off-road parks can make it harder for drivers to see other vehicles or react in time, which can raise the risk of a collision.
What should I do if I'm involved in a hit-and-run?
Try to note the other vehicle's description, direction of travel, and any partial license plate information. Report the incident to law enforcement as soon as possible and avoid pursuing the other driver yourself.
