Greeley, CO (February 2, 2026) – A 76-year-old woman was transported to a local hospital after sustaining injuries in a vehicle accident along 16th St on February 1. The collision caused airbag deployment, and the patient later complained of shin pain. Emergency medical personnel responded and began care immediately.
Medics noted that the woman remained conscious throughout the incident and was not on any blood thinners at the time. She was placed in a cervical collar as a precaution and transported in stable condition to North Colorado Medical Center for further evaluation. The vehicle was reportedly traveling at 25 to 30 miles per hour when the crash occurred.
Officials have not released additional details about the crash or whether other vehicles were involved. An investigation is expected to follow.
