Hayward, CA (January 14, 2026) – A pedestrian was injured in a traffic collision Tuesday night at the intersection of Via Hornitos and Bockman Road in the Hayward area, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The incident occurred at approximately 8:42 p.m. on January 13. Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene following reports of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle. Medics provided immediate care to the injured individual, and an ambulance was en route to transport the victim to a local hospital. The extent of the pedestrian’s injuries remains unconfirmed.
