Hemet, CA (January 23, 2026) – A two-vehicle accident involving a young child occurred Friday morning at the intersection of Simpson Rd and Columbia Ave in the Hemet area. The crash was reported around 7:17 a.m. and involved a gold Cadillac Escalade and a black Tesla.
Emergency responders from Riverside County Fire were dispatched to the scene, where it was confirmed that a one-year-old child had sustained injuries in the collision. Medical personnel rendered immediate aid and arranged transport for further treatment. The extent of the injuries has not been disclosed at this time.
