Los Angeles, CA (August 31, 2026) – A person was injured in a hit-and-run crash on Saturday, August 29, on northbound Interstate 5 near Stadium Way in Los Angeles.
According to the California Highway Patrol incident log, a rider was reported on the right shoulder after the crash. A responding unit later reported the rider was up and walking, while another person was transported to Los Angeles General Medical Center for treatment. A tow truck was also requested to remove a vehicle from the scene.
CHP classified the incident as a hit-and-run with injuries. Investigators also requested a check of the surrounding area for possible Flock camera hits that could help identify the vehicle involved. Additional details about the circumstances of the crash were not immediately available.
