Mariposa, CA (July 8, 2026) – A multi-vehicle crash was reported on July 5 along State Route 140 near Incline Road in Mariposa County, leaving injuries, according to initial dispatch information.
The collision occurred around 7:51 a.m. near the one-way section by Ferguson Bridge. Initial reports indicated that a driver ran a red light before striking another vehicle and a guardrail. Dispatch records later confirmed that three vehicles were involved.
Emergency units temporarily blocked the roadway while crews worked in the area to assess and assist those involved in the crash. The identities of those involved have not been released; however, the cause of the crash remains under review as additional details are gathered.
