Rolla, MO (July 26, 2026) – A two-vehicle crash with injuries was reported on Friday afternoon on MO-Y near CR 8240 in Phelps County. The collision occurred around 1:20 p.m. on July 24.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 2010 Ford Focus traveling westbound crossed the center of the roadway and struck an eastbound 2010 Toyota Corolla. Both vehicles sustained total damage and were towed from the scene.
The 46-year-old driver of the Toyota Corolla from St. James, Missouri, suffered moderate injuries. She was taken by ambulance to Phelps Health in Rolla for treatment. The 17-year-old driver of the Ford Focus was not reported injured. We are thinking of those injured.
