Jefferson Co, MO (January 8, 2026) – A two-vehicle collision on eastbound MO-PP just west of Little Antire Rd resulted in injuries Wednesday morning, according to Missouri State Highway Patrol reports. The crash occurred around 11:47 a.m. and involved a 2013 Chevrolet Malibu and a 2006 Lexus RX, both traveling eastbound at the time of the incident.
Authorities say the front of the Chevrolet Malibu struck the rear of the Lexus RX, causing extensive damage to the Malibu. That vehicle had to be towed from the scene by High Ridge Auto Repair. The driver of the Malibu, a 20-year-old female from House Springs, was wearing a seatbelt at the time and sustained injuries. She was transported by North Jefferson County Ambulance to Mercy Hospital – South for treatment.
The Lexus RX, driven by a 29-year-old female from Dittmer, sustained only minor damage and was able to be driven from the scene. No injuries were reported for the second driver.
Cpl. D. A. Norton assisted at the scene as authorities worked to clear the roadway and initiate an investigation into the cause of the crash.
