What Can Lead to Loss of Control in Motorcycle Crashes on Highways?
Main travel routes near Interstate 70 and North 57th Street can see delays after collisions. In Kansas City, injury accident scenes may involve lane adjustments while responders assist those involved.
Motorcycles can be more sensitive to sudden movements, especially at higher speeds. Quick changes in direction or braking may increase the chance of losing control.
Road conditions, traffic flow, and surrounding vehicles can all influence how these incidents occur. When a motorcycle leaves the roadway, uneven surfaces and roadside areas can add to the severity of the crash.
