Lexington, KY (January 22, 2026) – A nighttime collision at the intersection of Wellington Way and W Reynolds Rd in Fayette County resulted in reported injuries on January 20. The crash took place around 9:43 p.m. and drew a response from local police, EMS, and fire units.
