The incident occurred at approximately 2:48 a.m. and was classified as a serious collision involving a vehicle and a pedestrian. Central traffic units and paramedics were dispatched under Code 3 conditions, indicating the presence of injuries and the need for urgent assistance.
According to dispatch information, the collision is being investigated as a felony hit-and-run. The suspect vehicle reportedly fled the scene before officers arrived.
