Los Angeles, CA (January 28, 2026) – A traffic collision involving a vehicle linked to CPI operations occurred Tuesday afternoon at the intersection of Washington Blvd and Pacific Ave in the Venice area of Los Angeles, resulting in injuries and a Code Three ambulance dispatch.
The crash happened just before 5:00 p.m. and involved damage to a nearby street sign, according to radio transmissions. Units from West Traffic Division responded promptly, with paramedics joining shortly after to treat those injured at the scene.
While officials have not confirmed the number of individuals involved, at least one person required medical attention, triggering emergency medical protocol. A CPI vehicle was reportedly involved in the incident, though it’s unclear whether it was struck or was one of the initiating vehicles.
