Los Angeles, CA (January 19, 2026) – A woman sustained injuries in a vehicle accident reported Saturday night in the Cypress Park neighborhood of Los Angeles. The incident took place near the intersection of Amabel St and N Figueroa St shortly after 8:20 p.m.
Passersby quickly alerted emergency services, and paramedics arrived at the scene to provide immediate assistance. The injured woman received care for a range of injuries before being transported to a nearby hospital for further evaluation. Her current condition has not been released.
The collision involved at least two vehicles, both of which remained at the scene as Los Angeles Fire Department crews and police officers responded. Damage was visible to the front ends of both vehicles, and traffic in the area was temporarily impacted as first responders secured the roadway and cleared debris.
Los Angeles Police Department officers are continuing their investigation to determine the circumstances that led to the crash. At this time, no contributing factors have been confirmed, and no arrests or citations have been reported.
