Los Gatos, CA (January 5, 2026) – A crash along CA-17 near Idylwild Road in Los Gatos led to reported injuries late Thursday evening, prompting an emergency response and causing temporary traffic disruption in the area.
Initial reports indicate that the incident occurred around 10:15 p.m. in the northbound lanes of CA-17. The collision involved at least two vehicles and happened near a curve in the roadway known for frequent congestion and merging challenges. Local authorities have yet to release the identities or conditions of those involved.
Individuals hurt in the crash received on-scene assistance from paramedics, who evaluated and treated a variety of injuries. Several were transported to area hospitals for further medical care.
