Universal City, TX (September 2, 2026) – A 39-year-old man was killed early on Monday after being struck by a white van on E Langley Blvd. The collision happened around 6:30 a.m. in the 700 block of the roadway.
Officers arrived and found the man after he had been hit by the van. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The van driver remained at the location and cooperated with officers. Officials said neither speed nor driver impairment was believed to have caused the accident. The investigation into the fatal collision remains ongoing.
