Marion Twp, PA (January 18, 2026) – A devastating crash involving an ATV and a vehicle on Boyers Rd left one man dead and several others injured Saturday afternoon, prompting a large emergency response and a prolonged road closure.
The crash occurred at approximately 12:26 p.m. on January 17 in the area of 1034 Boyers Rd, between Route 308 and Harrisville Rd. According to dispatch reports from local scanner updates, the collision involved a vehicle and an ATV, with one male rider ejected onto the roadway. First responders confirmed the man was initially unconscious but breathing. Tragically, he was later pronounced dead at the scene, and the coroner was requested by 12:42 p.m.
There were five occupants in the other vehicle involved. While their injuries were not fully detailed in the report, emergency units from multiple fire stations (Stations 31, 73, 34, 33, and 37) were dispatched and assisted at the scene.
Boyers Rd remained closed for several hours as crews worked to manage the scene and conduct the investigation. The road was officially reopened at 2:57 p.m., and the incident was marked as terminated.
