Miami, FL (January 14, 2026) – A 45-year-old man riding a motorcycle was hurt Tuesday morning in a collision near the intersection of Northwest 1st Avenue and Northwest 2nd Street in downtown Miami.
The incident took place shortly before 9:00 a.m., prompting a Delta-level emergency response from Rescue One. Upon arrival, crews found the motorcyclist injured following a traffic crash involving another vehicle. Emergency medical personnel evaluated the man on-site and provided immediate care before transporting him to a nearby hospital for further treatment.
The busy downtown location where the crash occurred is known for its heavy morning traffic, especially near government buildings and commuter routes. The other vehicle involved remained at the scene as officials began their investigation into what led to the accident.
