Moreno Valley, CA (January 15, 2026) – A multi-vehicle crash involving at least four vehicles caused injuries and significant lane closures late Wednesday morning on northbound I-215 near Cactus Ave, according to California Highway Patrol reports.
The collision occurred around 11:55 a.m. and involved a blue van, a white van, and a silver Chevrolet Malibu, along with a fourth unidentified vehicle. Emergency responders arrived quickly, with CAL FIRE and medical units taking control of the scene. Injuries were confirmed, though specific details about the number and severity of injuries have not yet been released.
At one point, 3 out of 4 northbound lanes were blocked as crews worked to assess victims and remove vehicles from the roadway. Multiple tow trucks were requested, and responders coordinated to manage both the crash site and surrounding traffic.
