Fremont, CA (August 2, 2026) – A two-vehicle crash was reported early on Friday morning, July 31, on Interstate 880 South just north of the Mission Boulevard exit in Fremont. Deputies arrived at the area around 2:50 a.m. following reports of a collision involving a white Lexus sedan and a black Tesla.
Both vehicles came to rest on the right shoulder after the crash. The Lexus sustained moderate damage and was reported to be undrivable, while the Tesla also sustained damage. Tow trucks were requested for both vehicles, and emergency crews responded to assist at the scene. Information regarding injuries has not been released.
