Why Morning Motorcycle Accidents Can Be Serious
Morning motorcycle accidents can be severe because riders have little protection when they are involved with a larger vehicle. A rider may be thrown from the motorcycle or suffer serious trauma from direct contact with the road or another vehicle.
When CPR, LifeFlight, and accident reconstruction are requested, it often shows that emergency crews are treating the incident as a major roadway emergency. Road closures also allow investigators to document vehicle positions, debris, skid marks, and the point of impact. These details can help explain how the vehicles came together and why urgent medical transport was needed.
