What Is Typically Reviewed After a Motorcycle-Vehicle Crash?
In motorcycle-vehicle crashes, investigators typically examine right-of-way, lane positioning, and the movement of both vehicles before impact. They also review roadway design, visibility, and traffic control devices to determine how the collision occurred.
Physical evidence such as skid marks, debris, and vehicle damage helps reconstruct the sequence of events. Medical reports and witness statements may also provide additional context about the severity of injuries and how the crash unfolded. These findings help clarify contributing factors and establish a timeline of events.
