Fenton, NY (July 3, 2026) – A motorcyclist was killed on Thursday morning in a two-vehicle crash on Hunt Hill Road in the Town of Fenton, according to the New York State Police.
Troopers responded to the scene at approximately 7:10 a.m. on July 2, following reports of a collision involving a motorcycle and an SUV. Investigators said the SUV was traveling north on Hunt Hill Road when the driver attempted to turn left into a driveway.
Authorities said the southbound motorcycle struck the SUV during the turn. Following the impact, the motorcycle caught fire. The motorcyclist sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim’s identity has not yet been released.
The driver of the SUV was not injured in the collision, according to state police.
