Lexington, KY (July 8, 2026) – Injuries were reported on Monday afternoon, July 6, after a multi-vehicle collision on Interstate 75 South near Exit 113 for Paris Pike in Lexington. The accident was reported at about 4:54 p.m.
The initial update said three to four vehicles were reportedly involved. The middle and left lanes of southbound Interstate 75 were blocked while emergency units worked along the highway. Authorities continue investigating the cause of the crash.
