New London, MN (March 23, 2026) – Two drivers were injured in a two-vehicle crash Sunday afternoon, March 22, near New London. The collision occurred around 4:57 p.m. at the intersection of County Road 40 and Highway 23.
Reports indicate that a westbound Honda Pilot, driven by 70-year-old Stephen Bruce Toledo of Willmar, collided with a northbound Ford Explorer driven by 28-year-old Rossy Isela Ocampo of Spicer. Both drivers were wearing seat belts and were taken to CentraCare – Rice Memorial Hospital in Willmar with non-life-threatening injuries.
Emergency responders at the scene included the Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office, Kandiyohi County Rescue Squad, New London Ambulance and Fire, and CentraCare Ambulance.
Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the crash, and more details will be released as they become available.
