Oklahoma City, OK (January 21, 2026) – One or more individuals sustained injuries Tuesday evening following a traffic accident on the Lake Hefner Parkway off-ramp at North Grand Boulevard. Crews were called to the scene shortly before 8:00 p.m. to assist those involved.
According to dispatch audio, the incident occurred along the southbound off-ramp near the intersection with N Grand Blvd, a well-traveled area connecting State Hwy 74 traffic to nearby surface streets. Engine 17 and Ladder 30 responded promptly to the site, where they found a collision that required immediate medical attention.
