Johns Island, SC (May 21, 2026) – One person lost their life Wednesday, May 21, following a roadway accident along Bohicket Road near Sammons Road on Johns Island. Emergency units were called to the 2900 block of Bohicket Road after reports of a serious two-vehicle crash.
The person who died was pronounced at the roadway, according to early reports. The identity of the deceased had not been released as of Thursday morning. Additional information about the wreck had not been made public at the time of publication.
