Ohio County, KY (July 13, 2026) – One person lost their life in a three-vehicle crash on Friday evening on Interstate 165 near mile marker 42 in Ohio County. Emergency units responded to the scene after receiving reports of the collision around 7:14 p.m. on July 10.
