Hanford, CA (August 5, 2026) – At least one person was injured in a rollover crash involving two vehicles on State Route 43 near Idaho Ave in Hanford on Tuesday, August 4.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision was reported at approximately 5:35 a.m. Initial dispatch information indicated a rollover involving two vehicles. Responding units later identified the vehicles as a Ford Fusion and a white GMC Sierra. Emergency medical personnel and firefighters were dispatched to the scene after the incident was upgraded from a crash with unknown injuries to one involving injuries.
The Kings County Sheriff’s Office also responded to assist, and tow trucks were requested to remove the damaged vehicles from the roadway. Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the collision, and no additional information about those involved has been released.
