Marion, OH (May 24, 2026) – A house fire in the 400 block of Ballentine Avenue left one person hurt Friday morning in Marion.
Crews arrived at the home and worked to put out heavy flames and smoke coming from the residence. Assistance was provided by nearby fire crews during the emergency response.
One occupant was taken to a local hospital for treatment following the blaze. Several dogs inside the home died as a result of the fire.
