Wappapello, MO (September 8, 2026) – A 19-year-old man suffered minor injuries after a four-vehicle crash Monday, September 7, on Missouri Route T at County Road 512 in Wappapello.
According to the crash report, a 2011 BMW 328i was stationary in the roadway when it was struck by a 2007 Yamaha Road Warrior. The Yamaha then struck a 2016 Indian Scout, followed by a 2025 Kawasaki 650.
All four drivers were 19-year-old men. The drivers of the three motorcycles were from Poplar Bluff, while the Kawasaki driver was from Dexter. All drivers were reported to be wearing safety devices.
The injured driver was the operator of the Yamaha Road Warrior. He was transported by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center for treatment.
The Yamaha, Indian, and Kawasaki sustained minor damage and were removed by their owners. The BMW was driven from the scene. The crash was investigated by Cpl. C.D. Tucker.
