Sacramento, CA (July 6, 2026) – A pedestrian was hurt after being struck by a vehicle in a parking lot at 2740 Arden Way in Sacramento.
According to California Highway Patrol reports, the call came in around 2:25 a.m. on Saturday, July 4. Initial reports indicated a black sedan had struck a pedestrian in the parking lot behind the building. Emergency units remained at the site while assistance was provided, and a towing service was later requested for the vehicle involved.
The dispatch log also indicates one person was taken into custody during the course of the investigation. No additional information about the person who was hurt or the circumstances leading up to the collision had been released at the time of publication.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation as investigators gather information.
