O’Fallon, MO (July 21, 2026) – An 18-year-old pedestrian was killed, and a motorcyclist suffered serious injuries in a crash early on Sunday morning on westbound Interstate 64 near Highway K in O’Fallon. Emergency crews responded to the scene at approximately 2:25 a.m. on July 19.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the 18-year-old from O’Fallon was walking across the westbound lanes of Interstate 64 when he was struck by a 2009 Kawasaki Ninja ZX14 motorcycle. The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
The motorcyclist, a 34-year-old man from Norwood Court, sustained serious injuries and was transported to a hospital for treatment. Authorities have not released any updates regarding his condition.
