Loudon County, TN (June 17, 2026) – A pedestrian was struck by a tractor-trailer on Interstate 75 near the Interstate 40 split on Tuesday, June 16, prompting a large emergency response in Loudon County. Emergency units were dispatched to the area near mile marker 82.5 after reports of the incident.
