Pittsburgh, PA (January 18, 2026) – Emergency crews responded Friday afternoon to a reported vehicle-versus-pedestrian hit-and-run incident near Bartlett St, between Serpentine Dr and Murdoch Rd in Pittsburgh.
The incident occurred at approximately 4:23 p.m. on January 17. According to dispatch audio, a woman previously involved in a suspected hit-and-run contacted authorities from the scene, reporting she had been struck in the leg. Medics were requested to evaluate her injuries and ensure she received appropriate care.
The injured individual remained conscious and expressed the desire to file a formal report with law enforcement. At the time of the call, no details about the suspect vehicle had been released.
