Plano, TX (January 11, 2026) – Two people were injured in a vehicle collision late Friday night in Plano, prompting a medical response and transport to Presbyterian Plano Hospital. The crash occurred at approximately 10:44 p.m. along West Parker Road, where emergency crews responded to assist those involved.
Paramedics transported a 31-year-old male driver and a 30-year-old passenger, both of whom were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash. The driver reported chest pain but had no loss of consciousness or visible injuries. His vital signs were stable, with a blood pressure reading of 168/100 and an oxygen saturation of 95%.
The second patient also complained of chest pain along with leg discomfort, though no external injuries or bleeding were noted. Vital signs were within normal limits, and both patients were fully conscious and oriented upon evaluation.
According to first responders, the vehicle sustained moderate front-end damage, and the crash occurred at an estimated speed of 45 miles per hour. No trauma activation was deemed necessary.
