Portland, OR (January 7, 2026) – Injuries were reported following a crash on the northbound I-5 Freeway near Exit 306A and N Columbia Blvd in North Portland. The collision occurred around 12:14 p.m. on Tuesday and involved several vehicles near the freeway interchange.
Those involved in the crash received prompt assistance from medics and fire crews, who provided care to individuals suffering from various injuries.
