What Is Typically Reviewed After a Multi-Vehicle Motorcycle Crash?
Investigators reviewing crashes involving motorcycles and multiple vehicles examine the movements of each vehicle before the collision. They also assess lane positions, traffic signals, roadway conditions, and visibility to better understand how the crash developed.
Physical evidence such as skid marks, debris, and vehicle damage helps reconstruct the sequence of impacts. Witness statements and any available surveillance or traffic camera footage may also provide additional information. These findings help investigators determine the factors that contributed to the collision and establish a timeline of events.
