San Diego, CA (July 4, 2026) – Emergency crews responded late on Friday night to a two-vehicle collision on the eastbound State Route 94 off-ramp at Euclid Avenue in San Diego.
According to the California Highway Patrol incident log, the crash was reported shortly before midnight. Initial reports indicated that a red vehicle was involved in the collision, but the reporting party provided limited information. Authorities later confirmed the incident occurred on the Euclid Avenue off-ramp.
The incident was upgraded from a traffic collision with unknown injuries to one requiring an ambulance response after emergency dispatchers requested paramedics. CHP later confirmed the crash involved two vehicles.
Tow truck services were called to remove damaged vehicles from the scene. While the incident log indicates at least one person was evaluated by emergency responders, officials have not released information regarding the severity of any injuries or the identities of those involved.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
