Sacramento, CA (May 18, 2026) – An injury hit-and-run crash was reported in Sacramento on Monday, May 18. The incident happened near the Howe Avenue off-ramp from eastbound U.S. 50.
Initial reports indicated the crash was first listed as a hit-and-run with no injuries. By 7:18 a.m., the incident was updated to a hit-and-run crash with injuries.
The report also noted that a motorcycle was blocking part of the roadway. Emergency units were sent to the scene shortly after the update. Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
