San Antonio, TX (May 13, 2026) – One person was injured and taken to a hospital following a four-vehicle crash on Interstate 10 westbound on the east side of San Antonio on Tuesday morning.
Emergency units responded around 8:10 a.m. to the westbound lanes of I-10 near N WW White Rd after reports of a multi-vehicle collision. Authorities confirmed that four vehicles were involved in the crash, with three sustaining significant damage and one sustaining light damage.
One person was transported to Brooke Army Medical Center for medical treatment. The extent of the injuries has not been released.
Traffic was heavily impacted for several hours as crews worked to remove damaged vehicles and reopen the highway. Officials have not yet determined what led to the collision.
