Seattle, WA (January 26, 2026) – A 38-year-old man sustained an apparent facial injury following a scooter accident early Sunday morning near the intersection of 4th Ave and Pike St in downtown Seattle.
The incident occurred around 1:28 a.m. on January 25, prompting a response from Medic One and Engine Five. Emergency crews arrived on scene and located the injured rider, who had reportedly fallen from a scooter under unclear circumstances.
Medical personnel provided care at the scene for visible facial trauma. It has not been confirmed whether the man required hospital transport for additional treatment. No other vehicles were reported to be involved in the crash.
Officials have not disclosed the cause of the fall, though road conditions and time of day may be considered during the ongoing review of the incident.
