Denali State Park, AK (June 27, 2026) – A passenger vehicle and a semi-truck collided, leaving one of the drivers injured on Thursday night, June 25, in Denali State Park.
The crash occurred before 9:25 p.m. near milepost 152 of the Parks Highway, about 20 miles north of K’esugi Ken. According to preliminary information, a blue Subaru and a semi-truck collided head-on. The driver of the Subaru became trapped inside the vehicle and suffered injuries.
EMS units responded to the scene, and a medical helicopter landed at about 10:38 p.m. to assist with the response. Both lanes of the Parks Highway were reopened by approximately 11:10 p.m. We are thinking of the injured driver as they receive medical care.
