Rocky Hill, CT (July 24, 2026) – A scooter rider suffered serious injuries on Thursday evening, July 23, following a crash near the intersection of Cromwell Ave and Cold Spring Rd.
The crash occurred at approximately 7:30 p.m. Emergency units found the rider unresponsive with significant facial injuries. The patient was transported by advanced life support ambulance to Hartford Hospital while emergency personnel assisted with ventilations during transport.
