Beach Park, IL (June 16, 2026) – Multiple people were injured in a two-vehicle rollover crash on Tuesday in Beach Park that required a significant emergency response and extrication efforts.
According to reports from the scene, the crash occurred at the intersection of Sheridan Road and Beach Road. Beach Park Fire Department personnel and Lake County Sheriff’s deputies responded to find two heavily damaged vehicles, including one that had rolled over.
Emergency crews reported multiple injuries and at least one trapped occupant. Extrication operations were conducted as firefighters worked to safely remove those involved from the wreckage.
Due to the number of injured parties, three ambulances were requested for the scene. Patients were subsequently transported to area hospitals for evaluation and treatment. The extent of the injuries sustained has not been released.
