Los Angeles, CA (September 1, 2026) – A multi-vehicle crash was reported on Monday morning on the southbound SR 110 near West Avenue 26. The collision occurred around 7:24 a.m. on August 31 and initially involved two vehicles in the slow lane.
The California Highway Patrol later reported that three to four vehicles may have been involved. A black Nissan sedan was reportedly driving on a spare tire and had been traveling at high speed before the collision.
Several vehicles were blocking lanes, including a black Toyota and additional vehicles. The incident was initially listed as a crash without injuries before being updated to indicate possible injuries and a medical response.
