Springfield Township, PA (January 18, 2026) – Emergency crews responded early Friday morning to a motor vehicle accident with injuries at the intersection of Reynolds Mill Rd and Mill Rd in Springfield Township, York County.

The incident occurred on January 17 and was dispatched under Box 63-03. Units from Fire Station 63, EMS Station 18, and Ambulance 59-2 were sent to the scene just after 9:13 a.m. Reports indicated that at least one person suffered injuries to the head and hand as a result of the collision.

The extent of those injuries and the total number of individuals involved have not been publicly confirmed. Emergency responders provided on-scene care and likely transported the injured party to a local hospital for further evaluation.
