Why Intersection Collisions Can Cause Vehicle Rollovers
Collisions at intersections can produce sudden, unexpected impacts that may cause vehicles to tip or roll, especially when one vehicle strikes another at an angle. Even experienced drivers can lose control in these situations.
Factors such as vehicle speed, the size and type of vehicles involved, and the angle of impact all affect how a crash unfolds. Emergency responders often have to carefully extricate occupants from overturned vehicles to prevent further injuries. Quick medical evaluation helps ensure that even minor injuries are properly treated before patients are released.
