Suffolk, VA (January 23, 2026) – A multi-vehicle collision on Route 58 westbound near the Suffolk city line resulted in injuries late on Wednesday morning, according to preliminary emergency dispatch reports.
The incident occurred around 11:27 AM on January 21 and involved at least two vehicles, a red vehicle and a dark-colored sedan. Emergency responders arrived to find one individual with a reported knee injury and noted airbag deployment in at least one of the vehicles involved.
Traffic in the area was briefly impacted as responders worked to evaluate the injured party and assess the condition of the vehicles. Additional details regarding the extent of injuries or whether any hospital transport was required have not yet been made available.
