Fallbrook, CA (July 16, 2026) – A two-vehicle collision involving a white Lexus SUV and a white truck was reported on Wednesday afternoon on Green Canyon Road in Fallbrook.
According to dispatch information, the vehicles came together near 2995 Green Canyon Road at approximately 12:29 p.m. Both vehicles remained on the roadway following the collision while emergency units were dispatched to the site.
A later update indicated a flatbed tow truck was requested for the Lexus SUV. After an initial towing company was unavailable, another towing service was assigned to remove the vehicle. No ambulance was requested, and no injuries were confirmed in the dispatch information. The identities of those involved have not been released.
