Miami-Dade, FL (July 23, 2026) – A man died after an SUV caught fire following a traffic collision early on Wednesday morning near the intersection of NW 103rd Street and NW 17th Avenue in Northwest Miami-Dade.
Deputies were called to the roadway shortly after 5:30 a.m., where a dark-colored Nissan Xterra was found engulfed in flames. Emergency units extinguished the fire, and medical personnel pronounced the driver dead at the scene. Investigators said the man was the only person inside the SUV.
